How long does it take for my SALE order to ship?

Sale orders ship in about 10 days (or less) from the end of the sale / promotion.

Does Hutch LA ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere in the world.

When will my order ship?

Generally, most orders go out anywhere between the same day, and 3 to 5 business days at absolute most, unless it is a Sale Period / Pre-Order or the product description states otherwise. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification email with all the info so you can make sure to lookout for the package.

What do I do if my tracking shows that it was delivered, but my package has not arrived?

Once we ship your order and provide you with tracking, the package is literally out of our hands, so there is nothing more that we can do. It is up to you to check with your postman, housemates, (and on very rare occasions), pay your local post office a visit.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Of course, we are happy to refund or exchange any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the following address, within 7 days from receipt:

4169 Verdugo Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90065.

* Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms.
We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing.
Only products that are in their original condition (unopened or undamaged) will be refunded for the merchandise.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?

Yes, as long as it is exchanged within 5 days from receipt, however no refunds for sale items-exchange only.*

Can I pick up my order at the Hutch storefront space and get refunded for my shipping?

Absolutely. We are happy to extend this courtesy to our family and friends. Simply leave a note on the order stating your request and we will contact you when it is ready. We work different hours all the time, so if our schedule doesn't match up after a couple attempts, we will give you a heads up and just ship your order.

I would like to get my product on Hutch, are you accepting new artists & brands?

Yes, feel free to send us an email with links to your work, or your line sheets and pricing so we can check them out.
Sometimes it is best to just send us samples of the product to our address above.
