Can I return or exchange an item if unhappy with it?
Yes, we are happy to refund or exchange any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the following address, within 7 days from receipt: 4169 Verdugo Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90065.Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition (unopened or undamaged) will be refunded for the merchandise.Can I return or exchange a sale item?Yes, as long as it is exchanged within 5 days from receipt, however no refunds for sale items-exchange only.When will my order ship?Generally, most orders go out anywhere between the same day, and 3 to 5 business days at absolute most, unless it is a Sale Period / Pre-Order or the product description states otherwise. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification email with all the info so you can make sure to lookout for the package.What do I do if my tracking shows that it was delivered, but my package has not arrived?Once we ship your order and provide you with tracking, the package is literally out of our hands, so there is nothing more that we can do.
